Avon has been building fast for two decades, and new construction leaves familiar problems behind: builder-grade grading that sends water where it shouldn’t go, bare-dirt yards waiting for a real landscape plan, and fence lines that stop at the survey stakes.
That’s exactly the work we like. We regrade and drain new-build lots, put in beds and plantings that grow with the house, and set fences straight the first time. Avon is one of our shortest drives, straight down Detroit Road from Westlake.
