Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and, together with any written quote you accept, to services provided by Our 6 Landscaping LLC (“Our 6,” “we,” “us”), Westlake, Ohio. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide landscaping, lawn maintenance, land clearing, excavation and site preparation, hardscaping, fencing, demolition, storm clean-up, seasonal snow plowing and dump trailer rental in Westlake, OH and surrounding areas within roughly 100 miles.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are free and are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Work is performed under the written quote you approve. If concealed conditions are discovered mid-job (for example buried debris, stumps, unstable soil or unmarked lines), we will pause, explain the situation and agree on any price adjustment before continuing.

4. Scheduling & Weather

Outdoor work depends on weather and site safety. Scheduled dates may shift; we will communicate promptly and reschedule as quickly as possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated in your quote or invoice. Amounts left unpaid after the stated due date may be subject to reasonable late charges and costs of collection permitted by Ohio law.

6. Property Access & Underground Lines

You grant our crew reasonable access to the work area. Before excavation we coordinate marking of public utilities through Ohio 811 where applicable. You are responsible for telling us about private underground installations that 811 does not mark, such as irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, private electric or drainage lines, and we are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines we could not reasonably know about.

7. Dump Trailer Rentals

• You are responsible for choosing a placement spot with a suitable surface and for damage caused by overloading or misuse while the trailer is in your care.
• Load limits and load height limits must be respected; overweight loads may incur additional fees.
• Prohibited materials include hazardous waste, wet paint, chemicals, batteries, tires and anything unlawful to dispose of at licensed facilities.

8. Workmanship; No Other Warranties

We perform all services in a professional, workmanlike manner. Living materials (grass, plants, trees) depend on conditions outside our control and are not guaranteed unless stated in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of rented equipment, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

11. Communications

Submitting our contact form with the consent box checked authorizes us to contact you by phone, SMS and email about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

12. Website Use & Content

The content of this website (text, images, logo) belongs to Our 6 Landscaping LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

14. Severability & Changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
